Workplace Mindset

When we are at home or at some social gathering, we never forget to treat people with due respect and consideration. We value them for who they are; people with unique responsibilities and challenges.

We treat them with respect because we care about them.

But as soon as we enter the workspace, we start treating other people as if they are some sort of bio-machines devoid of any personal identity.

It’s as if their families, homes, challenges, and aspirations vanish in thin air as soon as they enter the workplace. We often forget to treat them as individuals.

It’s high time we stop treating people at workplace as if they don’t matter.

In our madness to get better at any cost, we have somehow become process focused at the expense of our people.

If we start treating those around us as human beings who need our undivided care and attention, we will not only succeed in improving the overall culture of our company but also end up upgrading the quality of their lives.

In 2022, let’s promise to keep this in mind that

Exceptional and consistent improvement in the quality requires commitment to both processes and people.
